A bigger, better transport network —

with a London Infrastructure Bank that will fund things like Hammersmith Bridge repairs, tube upgrades and Crossrail 2

London’s transport network is struggling to cope.

Bridges have closed. 21 out of 26 TfL projects have been delayed, paused or cancelled. Traffic jams have ground the city to a halt.

Shaun Bailey knows that London’s transport network is the fuel for this city. So it needs to be managed properly.

That’s why Shaun will set up a London Infrastructure Bank. This will be kept in public hands, attracting money from a mixture of private and public sources.

The Bank will be used to fund long-term transport projects. Like repairs to Hammersmith Bridge and Crossrail 2.

Helping to build a transport network fit for a global city.
