Making our streets safer —

by hiring 8,000 more police and reopening 38 police stations

Crime is up in London. And too many residents are worried about their safety.

We need a Mayor who puts public safety first. And that’s exactly what Shaun Bailey will do.

Shaun knows that safe streets aren’t a luxury — they’re a necessity.

So Shaun will use additional Home Office funding and long-term savings at City Hall to hire 8,000 new police officers.

And Shaun will use revenue from the Mayor’s Infrastructure Levy to reopen the 38 police stations shut by Sadiq Khan.

Helping to make our streets safer for every resident in every community.
